A tool for quick centering connection of two shafts in a semi submersible suspended vertical turbine pump, comprising: a clamp, a V-shaped block, a U-shaped frame, a universal joint seat, and a bracket. The upper end of the bracket is equipped with a screw handle and a screw, and the upper end of the screw is threaded with a universal joint seat. The upper end of the universal joint seat is equipped with a U-shaped frame, and the upper end of the U-shaped frame is equipped with a V-shaped block. The upper end of the V-shaped block is equipped with a clamp, which is bolted to the V-shaped block. When assembling the A and B shafts of the semi submersible suspended vertical turbine pump, it is located between the V-shaped block and the clamp. This technical method can align the center lines and keys of the two shafts of a semi submersible suspended vertical turbine pump in one go, eliminating the need for repeated adjustments, reducing the difficulty and physical exertion of personnel operation, greatly improving work efficiency, and having good economic benefits for power plant maintenance. The design concept of this technical method can also be applied to other working conditions where larger shaft diameters require the use of lifting facilities to adjust the connection between the two shafts of a semi submersible suspended vertical turbine pump.
